This year’s Mountain Living Peak Award winner was built by The Pinnacle Companies at 361 Peerless Drive in Breckenridge. Parade of Homes celebrates homebuilding in Summit County
This award recognizes the highest level of excellence in high-country homebuilders. This year, we presented the Mountain Living Peak Award to Raptor Construction for their work on 65 Wolf Rock Road in Keystone. We celebrated with the Summit County Builders Association at the awards ceremony on Sept.15. Lindsay Wilson, the director of marketing at Pinnacle Mountain Homes, said paradegoers complimented the attention to detail, large windows and spectacular views. According to Young, the movie theater room and the water feature on the back patio are the couple’s favorite features. The rest of the winners were divided up into three categories where the projects were split based on square footage.
1028 Discovery Hill in Breckenridge is a 5,977-square-foot home with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, entered by Pinnacle Mountain Homes. The residence won best overall home, best master bedroom suite, best interior finishes and best interior furnishings in its category for the Parade of Homes 2022. Thebeau Enterprises, in collaboration with BHH Partners, entered 2766 Estates Drive in Breckenridge.

The 22nd Annual Summit County Parade of Homes will be the weekends of September and September 24-25, 2016. There are 18 entries this year with a variety of properties to view. Pinnacle, in collaboration with Collective Design Group, also entered 145 Highline Crossing in Silverthorne.
